Commentaire personnel : comme à l'habitude, l'A(grand A)dministration fait payer SES fautes ou SES incompétences au cochon de payant.
Au lieu d'appliquer la sanction 'Papier' lorsque ce système sera remplacé par celui de la disquette, non, on oblige à payer dès aujourd'hui alors qu'on est capable de sortir sur disquette.
