Cette offre concerne une mission de consultance pour une fonction de CFO. Cette mission nécessite des compétences solides en finance, plusieurs expériences probantes dans la matière et une affinité avec la gestion.

Voici une description de la fonction :

- Preparation and follow up of annual and long term budgets - Confirmed credit lines with banks and assistance to specific treasury transactions

- Organisation of foreign subsidiaries (Luxemburg, Netherlands and Ireland), oversee the annual audit process with the external auditors including fees, prepare the communication and the appropriate documentation to their boards and minutes writing

- Developing synergies within the different departments (accounting, consolidation, treasury, tax and legal department), more specifically for reorganisation projects among the subsidiaries - Several internal reorganisations in the group : liquidation or creation of companies, internal merger, capital increases, upstream of dividend flows (depending on tax structure and financing)
