LOCATION IMMEUBLE A UNE ASBL
Bonjour,
Il semblerait que l'Administration fiscale applique ne requalification de loyer aux loyers perçus par une ASBL.
Qu'en est-il exactement ? Je ne vois aucun écrit allant dans ce sens !

Plus précisément ...
Requalification dans le chef de l'Administrateur - fondateur de l'ASBL, à l'instar des sociétés.
Le loyer est perçu par cet Administrateur .

Si c'est un enseignement reconnu, il n'y aurait pas de requalification.
A défaut, si c'est un enseignement privé, il y a calcul.
